“The vision”

"Simply put"

My goal as a photographer is to do what every photographer sets out to do, and that is to capture life and make moments something you can hold on to As well as Create poetic views of life through a lens. Although Cityscapes and street photography are my primary passion I find myself more of a universal photographer as I love all forms of photography.

my name is David Fisher, I live in Orange County. It’s  not the best but it’s far from the worst. It’s got a little bit of everything just like any other place which gives me the opportunity to cross so many different scenes in life. as of now I'm 34 born’n raised in good ol’ Southern California and I've always been super observant.  A lot more times than not.. I’ve tossed the idea of a having a personal blog around, and I mean A LOT. We’re talking years.. to where, every so often ..something comes up and I’m like.. “man! that would make a great blog entry”. I’ll be completely honest with you, I don’t know much about blogging. I don’t have “quality writing skills”, or anything of that nature so it was hard to have the confidence needed to start this up. BUT I have to admit the idea has always caught my attention. I made a blog maybe a year or so ago thinking it was gonna be "it" but it was missing something.. not knowing I was only capturing half my vision.. I mean It’s not much and maybe I rambled on to much already. But hey! That’s kinda me

So welcome to fisheye-photography find me on instagram at @daveyshootz.

I figure my "blog portion" is going to be an outside perspective on things I come across in life or certain good deeds I see, you know those random acts of kindness that restore my faith in humanity From time to time, a new/or old movie I watched that got me deep into thought or just a random rant good or bad on a book, coffee, who knows it’s a blog..

I felt it would be great to combine not only the blogging experience and fulfill my itch for a great blog, but to also piece together entries over the upcoming years that go more in depth about events I may attend as well as being able to catalog favorite bits and pieces of work and projects. Overall I'm extremely excited about the future. this is a great opportunity for me to do what I've always wanted. I hope that on this journey anyone who comes across my work. Loves It as much as I do. Thankyou for stopping by

-David
